Arrival and departure policy
Arrival: 1300 hrs
Early arrival is subject to availability. To ensure early check-in, reservations must be made from the previous night.
Check out: 1100 hrs
Late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability.
Government guidelines require guests to present a government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Guests are advised to bring the required documents with them when travelling.
Warranty policy
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of booking by credit card or advance payment by bank transfer/NEFT. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Within 15 days of arrival date/no show: No refund
However, the following deductions will apply:
15 days to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
30 days or more: no deductions will be applied
In the event of a refund, a 2% cancellation fee will be charged for credit card transactions.
Policy for children
Up to two children under the age of 6 can be accommodated in the parents’ room without an extra bed at no extra charge.
For children older than 6 years and younger than 12 years, an extra bed will be provided at a price of 25% of the room price per child and night.
If the child is over 12 years old, a fee of 35% of the room price per night will be charged for the extra bed.
Please state your request for an extra bed when booking, as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.
Other policies
The current tariff and offers are subject to change at the discretion of management.
Taxes will be collected in accordance with government policy.
Special offers cannot be combined with other promotions, packages or special prices.
